JNTUK Procedure to apply for name correction in PC through online

Submit the following documents to the University Examination Center Counter, JNTUK, for name correction in PC and CMM:

1. Request Letter through college principal
2. Original PC
3. Original CMM
4. Original Marks Memo(s)
5. Xerox copy of SSC certificate
6. Xerox copy of online payment for PC and CMM

Payment Details:

• Make the payment through SBI COLLECT [ How to Make Payment through SBI Collect ]
• The payment amount is Rs. 50/- for the correction of the name on the PC
• The payment amount is Rs. 50/- for the correction of name in CMM
• The payment amount is Rs. 50/- for the correction of one Marks Memo
• Postal charges for the certificate(s) Rs. 50/-

Step - 1 : Visit https://jntuksdc.co.in/apply_certf.php

Step - 2 : Click on the link "Online Payments of TATKAL PC / Transcripts / Correction / Duplicate Certificates / Postal charges for WES / Medium of Instruction Certificate"

Step - 3 : Search For “REGISTRAR JNTU KAKINADA“

Step - 4 : In Payment Category, Select "Provisional Certificate Correction"

Step - 5 : Fill in the required details & Make the payment.

Note :

• The fee for correction of each Marks Memo is Rs 100/-
• After payment the student only has to submit the printed payment receipt,Original PC Certificate,Identity proof, Application form to the university examination section BY POST for issue of New PC. The New PC will be posted to the above address.

Correction Types Can be made in PC :

• Student Name Correction
• Father Name Correction
