JNTUK Procedure to Apply For Project Memo Application - Migration Certificate Application In Online Mode

The migration application process is entirely online. Follow the steps below to apply for it.

1. User Registration / User Login, then Upload the below documents.
2. The Xerox copies of the following, with the attestation of the college principal:
   • Migration application here: Migration Application
   • Xerox copy of SSC certificate
   • Xerox copy of PC
   • Xerox copy of CMM (Required for UG)
   • Xerox copies of Mark memos for all the semesters (Required for PG)
3. Xerox copy of Aadhaar Card.
4. Recent passport size color photograph

Payment Details:

• Make the payment through https://jntuksdc.co.in/ [ How to Make Payment through SBI Collect ]
• The payment amount is Rs. 200/- for the Migration certificate.
• Postal charges for the certificate Rs. 50/-
