JNTUK Procedure to apply for Migration Certificate Name Correction through Online - jntuksdc.co.in
Step - 1 : Visit https://jntuksdc.co.in/apply_certf.php
Step - 2 : Click on the link "Online Payments of TATKAL PC / Transcripts / Correction / Duplicate Certificates / Postal charges for WES / Medium of Instruction Certificate"
Step - 3 : Search For “REGISTRAR JNTU KAKINADA“
Step - 4 : In Payment Category, Select "Migration Certificate Name Correction"
Step - 5 : Fill in the required details & Make the payment.
Note :
Correction Types Can be made in PC :

Step - 5 : Fill in the required details & Make the payment.
Note :
- The fee for each Migration Certificate Name Correction is Rs 100/-
- After payment the student only has to submit the printed payment receipt ,Original Migration Certificate, Identity proof, Application form BY POST to the university examination section for issue of new corrected Migration Certificate. The corrected Migration Certificate will be posted to the above address.

- Father Name Correction
