JNTUK Procedure to apply for Medium Of Instruction Certificate - Online

Step - 1 : Visit https://jntuksdc.co.in/apply_certf.php

Step - 2 : Click on the link "Online Payments of TATKAL PC / Transcripts / Correction / Duplicate Certificates / Postal charges for WES / Medium of Instruction Certificate"

Step - 3 : Search For “REGISTRAR JNTU KAKINADA“

Step - 4 : In Payment Category, Select "Medium of Instruction Certificate"

Step - 5 : Fill in the required details & Make the payment.

Note :
  • The fee for Medium Of Instruction Certificate is Rs 200/-
  • After the Payment of Fee,Submit the Payment Receipt, xerox copies of PC,Aadhar and Request letter to Registrar.(Visa & Passport if Student reside in Foreign Countries
  • If Medium of Instruction Certificate is to be given to other than student,then mention the details of person(to whom MOI is to be given) in the authorization letter and attach the ID proof (Aadhar) of Student and Receiving Person.

Procedure to obtain MOI [Medium of Instruction] from JNTUK :
1. Drop in letter with consolidated marks memo in college which you have graduated requesting for MOI certificate.

2. College will issue MOI certificate with principle sign and college stamp on college letter head.

3. Take that moi certificate and go to jntuk

4. Again drop in letter to university requesting the same certificate from university as well.

5. They will take xerox copy of your college moi certificate, original degree and consolidated marks memo.

6. Then will issue moi certificate from university with VC sign and stamp.

Sorry for the late reply.

Yes I have received the MOI certificate from JNTUK.

Procedure:

1. Drop in letter with consolidated marks memo in college which you have graduated requesting for MOI certificate.
2. College will issue MOI certificate with principle sign and college stamp on college letter head.
3. Take that moi certificate and go to jntuk
4. Again drop in letter to university requesting the same certificate from uni as well.

I went to JNTUK directly today. They just asked me write a letter and enclosed with provisional xerox. That's it, they have give me MOI in 20 mins.

Can you please tell me whether the name of the student and college are specified on the certificate or not..
I am unable to apply for it through online and i cant go personally because i am living outside ..can you please tell me how to get it

Hi Rupa,
I am facing the problem now that can not apply for the certificate online as living outside India. Would you please tell me how do you get the certificate?

Satish, were you able to obtain the certificate? was it an online process?
