JNTUK : Pharm.D III, IV, V Years Regular/Supplementary Examinations Notification - January 2019

Examination Notification is issued for the following examinations - January 2019:

• III YEAR PHARM "D" (2012 to 2016 ADMITTED BATCHES) REGULAR/SUPPLEMENTARY EXAMINATIONS
• IV YEAR PHARM "D" (2012 to 2015 ADMITTED BATCHES) REGULAR/SUPPLEMENTARY EXAMINATIONS
• V YEAR PHARM "D" (2012 to 2014 ADMITTED BATCH) REGULAR/SUPPLEMENTARY EXAMINATIONS

CANDIDATES APPEARING FOR PHARM "D" SUPPLEMENTARY EXAMINATIONS COMMENCING FROM 25.03-2019 ARE INFORMED THAT THE EXAMINATIONS WILL BE CONDUCTED AT RESPECTIVE COLLEGES ONLY. THE APPLICATIONS FOR THE ABOVE EXAMINATIONS WILL BE RECEIVED AS PER THE TIME SCHEDULE GIVEN BELOW:

• Without Late Fee : 19-02-2019
• With Late Fee of Rs.100/- : 21-02-2019
• With Late fee of Rs.1000/- : 23-02-2019

Applications are also admissible up-to one day before the Examination with a fine of Rs.5000/- (Application to be submitted at JNTUK Kakinada)

EXAMINATION FEE:

• FOR WHOLE SEMESTER EXAMINATION (ALL SUBJECTS) : Rs. 1015/-
• FOR ONE SUBJECT (THEORY/PRACTICAL) : Rs. 265/-
• FOR TWO SUBJECTS (THEORY/PRACTICAL) : Rs. 390/-
• FOR THREE SUBJECTS (THEORY/PRACTICAL) : Rs. 515/-
• FOR FOUR SUBJECTS (THEORY/PRACTICAL) : Rs . 640/-
• FOR FIVE AND ABOVE SUBJECTS (THEORY/PRACTICAL) : Rs . 1015/-

Note :
1. Applications should enclose the Xerox copies of latest marks memos containing details of failed subjects along with the applications.

2. All the above Examinations will be conducted in jumbling system.

3. Laboratory/Project Examinations should be Conducted from 11-03-2019 to 23-03-2019
