Examination Notification is issued for:

• II, III, IV, V Years Pharm.D Regular/Supplementary Examinations - March 2018

CANDIDATES APPEARING FOR PHARM "D" SUPPLEMENTARY EXAMINATIONS COMMENCING FROM 23.04-2018 [II Year] , 16-04-2018 [III, IV, V Years] ARE INFORMED THAT THE EXAMINATIONS WILL BE CONDUCTED AT RESPECTIVE COLLEGES ONLY. THE APPLICATIONS FOR THE ABOVE EXAMINATIONS WILL BE RECEIVED AS PER THE TIME SCHEDULE GIVEN BELOW:

• Without Late Fee : 26-03-2018
• With Late Fee of Rs.100/- : 28-03-2018
• With Late fee of Rs.1000/- : 31-03-2018

Applications are also admissible up-to one day before the Examination with a fine of Rs.5000/- (Application to be submitted at JNTUK Kakinada)

EXAMINATION FEE:

• FOR WHOLE SEMESTER EXAMINATION (ALL SUBJECTS) : Rs. 1015/-
• FOR ONE SUBJECT (THEORY/PRACTICAL) : Rs. 265/-
• FOR TWO SUBJECTS (THEORY/PRACTICAL) : Rs. 390/-
• FOR THREE SUBJECTS (THEORY/PRACTICAL) : Rs. 515/-
• FOR FOUR SUBJECTS (THEORY/PRACTICAL) : Rs . 640/-
• FOR FIVE AND ABOVE SUBJECTS (THEORY/PRACTICAL) : Rs . 1015/-

Note :
1. Applications should enclose the Xerox copies of latest marks memos containing details of failed subjects along with the applications.

2. Laboratory/Project Examinations should be Conducted from 09-04-2018 to 21-04-2018. [II Year]

3. Lab Examinations will be conducted after completion of the theory examinations and dates shall be intimated soon. [III, IV, V Years]
