Examination Notification is issued for:

• I, II, III, IV, V Years Pharm.D Supplementary Examinations - January 2018

CANDIDATES APPEARING FOR PHARM "D" SUPPLEMENTARY EXAMINATIONS COMMENCING FROM 05.02-2018 ARE INFORMED THAT THE EXAMINATIONS WILL BE CONDUCTED AT RESPECTIVE COLLEGES ONLY. THE APPLICATIONS FOR THE ABOVE EXAMINATIONS WILL BE RECEIVED AS PER THE TIME SCHEDULE GIVEN BELOW:

• Without Late Fee : 17-01-2018
• With Late Fee of Rs.100/- : 19-01-2018
• With Late fee of Rs.1000/- : 20-01-2018

Applications are also admissible up-to one day before the Examination with a fine of Rs.5000/- (Application to be submitted at JNTUK Kakinada)

EXAMINATION FEE:

• FOR WHOLE SEMESTER EXAMINATION (ALL SUBJECTS) : Rs. 1015/-
• FOR ONE SUBJECT (THEORY/PRACTICAL) : Rs. 265/-
• FOR TWO SUBJECTS (THEORY/PRACTICAL) : Rs. 390/-
• FOR THREE SUBJECTS (THEORY/PRACTICAL) : Rs. 515/-
• FOR FOUR SUBJECTS (THEORY/PRACTICAL) : Rs . 640/-
• FOR FIVE AND ABOVE SUBJECTS (THEORY/PRACTICAL) : Rs . 1015/-

Note :
1. Applications should enclose the Xerox copies of latest marks memos containing details of failed subjects along with the applications.

2. Lab Examinations will be conducted after completion of the theory examinations and dates shall be intimated soon.
