JNTU-Hyderabad ( JNTUH ) All the Principals of the affiliated colleges of JNTUH are hereby instructed to return all left over, unused Blank & Pre-printed answer Booklets, held with you during the time of collecting 4-2 semester Memos (in near future).
Further, it is to be noted that, hereafter at the end of semester series of examinations (odd/even) the unused blank/ Pre-printed answers booklets are to be returned to the DUEX along with the details as per the table given below:
Instructions to be followed while issuing Blank Booklets to the students during examinations.
1. Seek for late fee receipt either from student or from Parent College principal /CoE.
2. Thoroughly check for fine Booklets in the stationary handed over by the parent college & also any more stationary box left over with Parent College.
3. Take Prior permission from Controller of Examinations, JNTUH for any use of Blank answer booklets if the situation is Unclear.
NOTE: In case of failure to return the unused booklets, further services may be stopped.
