JNTUH Relaxation of Promotion rules for certain regulations of B.Tech / B.Pharmacy / B.B.A Courses

JNTU-Hyderabad ( JNTUH ) A proposal to relax the Promotion Rules and Approval of Grace Marks for certain regulations of B.Tech./B.Pharm./BBA is initiated and in this regard a meeting with some members of the Academic Senate is held on 13.12.2023 to discuss the proposal.

The members discussed relaxing the credit-based promotion criteria for R18 Regulations, R22 Regulations and also finalized the new promotion criteria given below:

The following regulations promotions rules are updated.

• R22 B.Tech Regular Students
• R22 B.Tech Lateral Entry Students
• R18 B.Tech Regular Students
• R18 B.Tech Lateral Entry Students
• R17 B.Pharmacy Regular Students
• R17 B.Pharmacy Lateral Entry Students

Autonomous Colleges can adopt the above rules after approval by Governing Body Members.
