Please pay the examination fee if you are not confident regarding the exam attempt in previous month for 1-1, 1-2, 2-1, 2-2 exams. Hope they might return the exam if yet all if you clear them after results are declared.

I'm least concerned about money , now i have 4 supplies (not attempted subjects) and from the before attempt I'm not sure about 2 (written subjects) of em and ,
i can apply for only 5 subjects so i need to clear all in this attempt bro, i could wait for 1000 fine also but the question is will they announce..? Please suggest something... Should I just wait till 1000 fine or to just pay the fee...

Since you are least concerned about money i would suggest you to pay the examination fee. A week before the commencement of examinations they would for sure issue the results.
