Does this mean that there is no detention for this year and everything mentioned above is cancelled?

Promotion rules are applicable from this academic year only. Official notification is even issued by JNTUH

Ok sir, if there is a student who got detention due to lack of credits, will he join the new batch R22 or will he continue with the lectures with his class, but he is forbidden from taking the final exams until he gets the required credits, I want an explanation of this process, sir, please after detention What is happening

You need to continue course of study with your juniors, What's your regulation, which year/semester are you in now ?
In the first year, secound semester
If a student is detained in the first year and continues with juniors , is he obliged to attend all lectures?
In the first semester, if he obtains the required credits, does he move to the second year directly and ttake 2/1 supplement, or is he obligated to complete the whole year with new students?

A student detained due to lack of credits, shall be promoted to the next academic year only after acquiring the required academic credits. The academic regulations under which the student has been readmitted shall be applicable to him.

I mean if a student gets detantion and joins freshmen and in the first semester you get the required number of credits when the new students start the next semester 1/2 should he wait for the whole semester to finish or does he immediately transfer and join his class in 2 /2 This is my question

Try to get 3 more credits from 1-2 Semester exams so that you would be promoted to 2-1 semester from 1-2 Semester. Why you are so worried about it.

1-2 Semester to 2-1 Semester Promotion Rule :
Must have secured at least 18 credits out of 37 credits i.e., 50% credits up to 1-2 semester from all the relevant regular and supplementary examinations, whether the student takes those examinations or not.

OK thank you sir so much am not worry but just I want to know the rules

Ok fine. For example if you got detained while going from 1-2 Semester to 2-1 Semester due to lack of credits then you can join in 2-1 Semester only after you get the required no.of credits. If you get the required credits then you can join in 2-1 along with your juniors in next academic year.

I understand you sir now, thanks for the clarification
