Procedure to obtain Transcripts [Online Process] : Now apply for "Transcripts Certificates [Memos / CMM / PC]" through online & get it delivered to your door step.

Procedure to obtain Transcripts [Offline Process] : For B.Tech [1999 admitted batches onwards] & B.Pharmacy [2009 admitted batches onwards]

a) Filled in Form-4

b) Amount = Rs. 40/- per each copy

Procedure to obtain Transcripts : [For M.Tech, M.Pharmacy, MBA, MCA, M.Sc, B.Tech (before 1999 admitted batches) & B.Pharmacy (before 2009 admitted batches) Students]

a) Filled in Form-4

b) Photostat copy of OD/PC/CMM/Marks memo, signed (on bottom left-side) by the Principal on each copy along with stamp.

c) Amount = Rs. 40/- per each copy

1. The payments can be made in one of the following modes: Smart-card swiping/ T-Wallet/ SBI Challan / DD

2. If Demand Draft is taken, it should be drawn in favor of "THE REGISTRAR JNTUH", payable at Hyderabad. The student Hall-Ticket number should be written on the backside of DD.

3. If the student desires to choose challan option, the challan should be taken only at the campus SBI (JNTU Hyderabad) Branch.

4. The T-Wallet/ Swiping facility using the smart card (debit/credit card) is available at the student service counter.

The following transcripts will be issued by printing the required documents on security paper.

(i) Marks Memos of B.Tech. examinations (1999-2000 batch onwards)
(ii) Consolidated Marks Memo of B.Tech. course (1999-2000 batch onwards)
(iii) Provisional Certificate of B.Tech. degree (1999-2000 batch onwards)

One set of the above documents [i.e., one set of marks memos + one CMM + one PC] or part of the set of the above documents, will be issued along with an envelope. For each set of the above documents only one envelope will be given. It may be noted that for the above items photo-copies need not be enclosed.

The students, who require their transcripts, have to submit duly filled-in prescribed application for issue of transcripts, in the Examination Branch, JNTUH, along with the necessary amount of fee (@ Rs.40-00 per transcript) in the form of Andhra Bank challan only. The challan can be payable in any Branch of Andhra Bank.

If the students require any other document other than the documents mentioned above, they shall submit the filled-in application (in the prescribed format), along with the required number of photo-copies (Xerox copies) of the document(s), duly attested by the Principal, with stamp, of the College / Institution, where the student has completed the course. The fee challan (@ Rs.40-00 per transcript) has to be enclosed to the application. The attestation of the Principal, with stamp, on each Xerox copy is mandatory.
