JNTUH OD through the ONLINE STUDENT SERVICES

Hello Everyone

I am Sai Krishna and my question is regarding the OD, I registered in the Pre-Convocation mode in November 2022 but was unable to apply then, and when I am trying to apply for the OD now it is showing an "Exception Error". I am a 2022 passed-out student and while checking the convocation details it is showing that I have already applied for the OD but I didn't and no one is responding to my mails or phone calls. And in the FAQ's it is given that at present there is no OD service. Back in November it used show my details and my PC number and everything but now it is only showing the "Exception Error" and is happening for a month.

Can anyone tell me what I should do?

Should I directly go to the JNTUH or wait for any update on the website as everyone I asked is saying that the server is down?

Please reply if any of you are aware of it or facing the same problem.

I was trying from the beginning of march till now on the link provided by you but it is still showing "Exception Error". I am from an autonomous college, is that the problem? But some of my friends who applied through the OSS have received the OD.

One of my friends who has the same problem went to JNTUH and they they said it was a server issue and the website will be back online by March 19th but it is still not working.
