JNTUH Notification for Pharm.D (PB) II Year Regular/Supply Project Thesis uploading for anti-plagiarism checking & Viva-Voce Exams July/August 2024

JNTUH (JNTU-Hyderabad) All the Principals of the colleges offering Pharm D (PB) course are here by informed that the Project dissertation of students, who are in R08-regulations, shall be checked for anti- plagiarism by the University. Hence it is requested to upload soft copies of the project works of students of Pharm D(PB) II Year Regular and Supply in pdf formats to the JNTUH portal by using the url: “registrations1.jntuh.ac.in/pharmdprojectpanels” for anti-plagiarism checking.
This time grammar check is also introduced in addition to plagiarism check. Hence the principals are informed to give necessary instructions to project supervisors to thoroughly check the student project work line by line before uploading the project reports to university portal for grammar and plagiarism check.
The thesis will be accepted for submission in the plagiarism check the similarity index should be less than 30%. If the similarity index is more than the required percentage, the student shall be advised to modify accordingly and re-submit the soft copy of the thesis after one month. The maximum number of re-submissions of thesis after plagiarism check is limited to TWO (total three attempts). After three unsuccessful attempts the candidate has to register for the Project work for one more year.
The detailed schedule from upload of dissertation for plagiarism check to conduct of project viva for the first spell in the current Academic Year are given as below:
The Principals are advised to make an arrangement for the anti-plagiarism check at their end before submitting the project works to JNTUH portal. This act will result in passing through the anti- plagiarism check at University in the first submission itself. This is for your information and necessary action.
Vide ref. cited above, permission has been accorded for conducting Project viva exam of Pharm.D. & Pharm.D. (PB) Courses with University appointed external examiner. Hence R08 regulations students should submit the soft copy of the thesis of project works to the University for Anti-Plagiarism Quality Check and Plagiarism Report should be included in the final thesis. Out of the Project viva-voce fee of Rs.3200/-, Rs.2500/- will be retained by college and Rs.700/- will be paid to the University (University fee Rs. 500/- plus Plagiarism check fee Rs.200/-).
The Project viva-voce exam shall be conducted after the grammar check and Anti-Plagiarism check.
