JNTU-Hyderabad ( JNTUH ) : The notification is hereby issued for the Pharm.D. IV Year Supplementary University End Examinations. You are requested to note the following schedule of events associated with the above mentioned Examinations. These Examinations are scheduled to be held in the month of November-2026.

The students who appear for the above examinations commencing from 16-11-2026 are to note that the on-line registration for University examinations will be carried out as per the time schedule given below:

Exam Registration & Last Dates :

Examination Fee :

• Each Pair of Theory / Practical Subject : Rs.500/-
• Amount to be Retained By College : Rs.100/- Per Student.
• Re-counting (RC) : Rs.300/- Per Subject.
• Re-valuation (RV) (Refund in case of change of marks/grade) : Rs.3000/- Per Subject.
• Memorandum of Marks and Hall ticket Charges : Rs.15/-

Note :

• The exam registrations should be done through http://registrations1.jntuh.ac.in/olrpharmd
• Hall Tickets will be issued only after receiving the University Exam Registration Fee only.
• The Principals are requested to arrange for the collection of student specific answer booklets from ACE-1 .
• Downloading of Hall tickets from http://registrations1.jntuh.ac.in/olrpharmd will be from “13-11-2026”.
