after clearing the backlogs you can apply for certificates in tatkal mode.

I had a total of 20 backlogs and in that I got more than 26 marks in 7 subjects but I failed due to internal marks deficiency ,could I add grace marks to pass this subjects or do I have any other option to get internal marks to pass my subjects

I got 30 ,29,32,28 like this in external exams and 4,8,4,7,like this in internal marks

You can apply for grace marks if you clear other/remaining backlogs.

There is no other option for getting internal marks now

I am also in same situation my PC is not visible in J TUH portal. I can see only my all semester certificates . Could you please let me know the process how you got all your transcripts please thank you .
