JNTU-Hyderabad ( JNTUH ) Kind attention is drawn to the subject and reference cited, wherein, the TGPSC Commission has addressed a letter and requested to send the details of the faculty member of your esteemed organization to act as member/s in the evaluation team of TGPSC.
While thanking you for the response in nominating the experts from your esteemed institution, it is informed that the commission is planning to take up the valuation work from 07.11.2024 to 22.11.2024.
Hence, it is requested to relieve the faculty members (List enclosed at Annexure) on 06.11.2024, so as to enable them to attend the evaluation work from 7th, November, 2024 to 22nd , November, 2024 at Dr.MCR HRD institution of Telangana, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad.
It is also requested to treat the period of absence from work place as ON DUTY" for all faculty members, who are permitted to attend this evaluation work treating this as a Top Priority Government Work.
It is also informed that accommodation will be provided to the Out-stationed Candidates and admissible TA & DA will be paid as per the norms. For any details Prof.G.K.Vishwanadh (Contact No.9849163875) & Prof.G.V.Narsimha Reddy (Contact No.9848170717), who are coordinating from TGPSC side can be consulted.
It is requested that in this regard communication shall be treated confidential and the concerned Heads of the Institutions and the Faculty Members deputed for this purpose are adequately sensitized for maintaining highest level of confidentiality all through.
Further, it is also requested to ensure that communication in this regard is sent to the concerned only through email and avoid sending physical copies.
