Sir.. can I apply for credit exemption for an absent(in supply exam) subject it is an open elective its have 3 credits (r16 B.Tech)
I attempt the subject in regular examination but I failed then in two supplies I was absent. It have 3 credits. I am eligible to apply credit exemption right. Pls confirm me sirdoesnt matter if you were absent , it will be good to anyway ask in exam branch , For most of the part if its only the subject left alongside another subject which is of either 3 creds or grace marks elgible then you are good to go , YES you can apply exemption to the subject if you were absent for it in exam lately. And may be the criteria is that you attend or attempt the exam for once as its regular phase or supplemantery. Best of luck.
How long it takes to process I had applied for Grace and undertaking In month of May college said that it has submitted it in month of June and asks me to wait until August. How long does it take ?JNTUH - What is Undertaking [For Leaving 1 or 2 subjects]: If a student acquires sufficient credits for the issue of Provisional Certificate as per their academic regulations, and failed in one or two subjects, the student can forego the performance in these failed subjects and can apply for the issue of Provisional Certificate. Here the student has to give an undertaking stating that he/she will never apply for the supplementary exams conducted by the University in the future. - Grace marks can be added only to 1 or 2 subjects maximum. (irrespective of credits other than Major Project, Minor Project, Comprehensive Viva-Voce, Seminar)
- Grace marks can be added only for external marks.
- Grace marks can't be added to internal marks.
- The best performance among all the external examinations shall be considered while giving the grace marks. i.e., you can use even your best previous result [Best external mark among all Regular/Supple exams till now] while applying for grace marks.
- Students can apply for grace marks only after they get the original marks memos.

JNTUH How to apply for PC and CMM With Grace Marks and Undertaking
JNTUH - What is Tatkal Scheme: For the issue of Certificates after the declaration of results, the examination branch may take about ten days to two weeks time. If there is an urgency in getting the certificate, the candidate may apply for the same certificate under Tatkal scheme. Under this scheme the student can get the certificate within two working days time.
How to make payment (if applicable): The Challan (Issued at any SBI)/DD should be taken for the total amount specified.

I had already seen my pc cmm on online jntu-H portal it's the exam branch for my college who's responsible for delay . They're saying they will collect pc cmms whenever they feel to . So they want to wait 5 months.It would be better if you go with your college exam cell staff to JNTUH to verify whether they had generated your CMM,PC or not. The info regarding printed memos is only sent to colleges.
Yes I'm trying my best , they are being so arrogant, my friend fought 1 hour straight they refuse to collect it anytime soon . I wonder if there's anyway to complaint about the college staff .Ok try to request them if possible so that they would collect the memos soon.
