JNTUH Circular - Collection and Distribution of UG/PG Marks Memos, Provisional Certificates, and Consolidated Marks Memos in view of the forthcoming Convocation Information-Reg.
JNTU-Hyderabad ( JNTUH ) In view of the forthcoming Convocation, all the Principals of Constituent and Affiliated Colleges of JNTUH are hereby informed to collect the Marks Memos, Provisional Certificates (PC), and Consolidated Marks Memos (CMM) for all UG/PG courses pertaining to their respective colleges and distribute to the students. The Autonomous Colleges are informed to issue the Provisional Certificates (PC) and Consolidated Marks Memos (CMM) to the eligible students as per procedure. The students can apply for Original Degree (OD) by online.
The Principals are requested to ensure the collection and issuance of all UG/PG Marks Memos, Provisional Certificates (PCs), and Consolidated Marks Memos (CMMs), if not already collected or issued, and to distribute them to the students. Failure to comply may result in serious action, including the imposition of penalties, which will be communicated to the relevant regulatory bodies.
