JNTUH Circular to All Principals of Autonomous Colleges who have adopted the online mode of valuation - Reg
JNTU-Hyderabad ( JNTUH ) All Principals of Autonomous Colleges who have adopted the online mode for valuation are hereby requested to make the necessary arrangements in accordance with the following guidelines:
1. The scanned base paper (used answer scripts before any valuation) should be preserved in the form of an image/PDF.
2. The first valuation PDF/images, with question-wise marks posted on the base paper image/PDF at appropriate place shall be saved and preserved.
3. In the case of revaluation (RV), evaluators should be provided with the base paper for valuation, and the question-wise marks posted on the image/PDF shall be saved as RV1.
4. If the variation between the RV1 marks and the first valuation exceeds 15% of the maximum external marks, the script shall be subjected to second revaluation (RV2).
5. In the case of Re-revaluation (RV2), evaluators should be provided with the base paper for valuation, and the question-wise marks posted on the image/PDF shall be saved as RV2.
6. All such scanned image/PDFs, along with the awarded marks, should be submitted to the University wherever the results/status have changed after revaluation.
