JNTUH B.Tech R16 Provisional list of candidates eligible for grace marks, credit exemption with an Undertaking for the issue of PC and CMM

JNTUH College-wise lists of students who are eligible to apply for
i) grace marks,
ii) credit exemption and
iii) grace marks followed by credit exemption have been prepared and made available in the T-Sheets option in the exam portals of the respective Principal logins. For these three categories, the students have to fill-up the appropriate undertaking form (to be downloaded from student service portal) and the Principals have to sign at the appropriate place in the respective forms. These forms need to be either printed on the college letter-head / with a separate covering letters from the Principal enclosing the appropriate form and sent to the office of DE. The performance in the examinations for which results are awaited and/or RC, RV & CV, shall be nullified if they apply for the PC & CMM under any of these three categories.

They shall not be permitted to write any future examinations. The applications received by 28-08-2021 forenoon shall be processed on priority basis and efforts will be made to issue PC & CMM at the earliest possible date.

The Principals are requested to note the following rules with regard to grace marks and credit exemption categories.

Those who seek grace marks:
1. A separate form (Form-5) earmarked for this category need to be filled up

2. Marks shall be added up to 10 marks for four year B.Tech course in failed subjects and 7 marks for lateral entry students of B.Tech course (maximum of two subjects).

3. All the semester marks/grade memos from the month/year specified in the list uploaded to portal today, where the subject(s) have been shown as Fail need to be surrendered along with the Filled-in Form (with the Principal endorsement) and the selective new marks/grade memos will be re-issued from the University Examination Branch along with PC & CMM.

Those who seek only credit exemption:
1. A separate form (Form-6) earmarked for this category need to be filled up

2. The students who failed in not more than two subjects and credits of the failed subjects is less than or equal to 6, are only eligible to apply for the credit exemption

3. The subjects shall be shown as Fail in the CMM but since the student secures 186 credits, PC & CMM will be issued.

Those who seek both grace marks and credit exemption:
1. A separate form (Form-7) earmarked for this category need to be filled up

2. Points mentioned in the above two cases (grace marks and credit exemption) are applicable.

it might take 1 to 2 weeks to issue the memos after declaring the results. if you apply for grace marks + subject exemption then it might take atleast 30 working days or even more [depending on the no.of requests pending at JNTUH] to get the memos
And for pC AND CMM??? how long for it sir

Sir I'm R13 Student.
I have 12 in internal and I secured 21 in external.
Am I not eligible for grace marks??
(Our Regulation = 8 marks).
If so will I get certificate this time??

21 is the best mark till now from all regular/supple exams which you had given till now ? Do you have any other backlogs other than this one ?

Sir I have given supply fees for my 4-1 supply exam which is (ppl) in which I have secured 18 marks external n 22 internal now If I apply grace marks I,e 18+10=28 n I'm sure I'm eligible coz I'm applying for just one subject n I have just 1 backlog so what about my supply fee will it get refunded or should apply any form plz clear this doubt on behalf of many students..

@Rohit2000 you can apply for grace marks. no they wont refund the fee. check the process for grace marks from the below url

Sir is 4-1 original memo issued by now? It's almost 25 days since results have been released n what about the 4 point amount to be paid is it only for tatkal or for applying grace marks

Sir, I have given my r17 b.pharm 3 2 supply. Suppose i failed in that or get less marks than regular. Can i use my regular marks for grace.

Contact your college once regarding the 4-1 memo. If you apply for credit/subject exemption in tatkal mode then only you need to pay an amount of Rs. 1000/- per memo. If you apply for grace marks at your college then no need to pay any amount [but few college people might collect some nominal amount..]

Yes you can use your regular memo even. While applying for grace marks you can use the best mark [memo] which you got till now from all regular/supple exams.

After securing full overall credits, will they remove two subjects c grades or any grades credits for exemption in cmm? If yes. will it decrease my percentage?

Yes sir M1 & M3 in both I have 12 internal.
M1 is 6 credits and M3 is 4 credits.
I got 21 in M3 can I add 8 marks for external and I also wrote M1 but results are not announced.

Grace marks can only be added to external not internal.
What is it sir??

Internal = 12 and external = 21
2 subjects ( I'll exempt one of the subjects)

Actually I have got 26 marks(Pass marks)in external but I got 12 in Internal and total marks marks I got is 38 which I have failed ..In this situation can I apply for grace marks?
