Examination Notification is issued to conduct the following examinations
Pharm.D (PB) I Year Supplementary Examinations - April 2019
(For 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017 admitted batches only)

The students appearing for the above examinations commencing from 03-04-2019 are informed that the applications will be received as per the time schedule given below:

1. Without Late Fee : 21-03-2019
2. With Late Fee of Rs. 100/- : 23-03-2019
3. With Late Fee of Rs.1000/- : 26-03-2019
4. With Late Fee of Rs.2000/- : 28-03-2019
5. With Late Fee of Rs.5000/- : 30-03-2019

EXAMINATION FEE :

1. Each Theory/Practical Subject : Rs. 600/-
2. Memorandum of Marks : Rs. 10/-
3. Cost of Application : Rs. 5/-

Note : To Conduct Regular/Supplementary Lab Examinations from 28-03-2019 to 02-04-2019
