Pharm.D IV Year Regular/Supplementary Examinations - January 2019
(For 2015 and prior to 2015 admitted batches only)

The students appearing for the above examinations commencing from 17-01-2019 are informed that the applications will be received as per the time schedule given below:

1. Without Late Fee : 04-01-2019
2. With Late Fee of Rs. 100/- : 07-01-2019
3. With Late Fee of Rs.1000/- : 09-01-2019

EXAMINATION FEE :

1. Whole Examination [For Regular Only] : Rs. 950/-
2. Each Theory/Practical Subject : Rs. 600/-
3. Memorandum of Marks : Rs. 10/-
4. Cost of Application : Rs. 5/-

Note : To Conduct Project Work Viva Voce Examinations from 07-01-2019 to 11-01-2019
