Examination Notification is issued to conduct the following examinations
1. Pharm.D III Year Regular/Supplementary Examinations - February/March 2018
(For 2015 and prior to 2015 admitted batches only)

2. Pharm.D V Year Regular/Supplementary Examinations - February/March 2018
(For 2013 and prior to 2013 admitted batches only)

The students appearing for the above examinations commencing from 21-02-2018 are informed that the applications will be received as per the time schedule given below:

1. Without Late Fee : 09-02-2018
2. With Late Fee of Rs. 100/- : 14-02-2018
3. With Late Fee of Rs.1000/- : 16-02-2018

EXAMINATION FEE :

1. Whole Examination [For Regular only] : Rs. 950/-
2. Each Theory/Practical Subject [For Supplementary Examinations]: Rs. 600/-
3. Memorandum of Marks : Rs. 10/-
4. Cost of Application : Rs. 5/-

Note :

• Laboratory Examinations will be conducted from 08-02-2018 to 17-02-2018. [For III Year]
• To conduct clerkship and Project work Viva-Voce Examinations from 12-02-2018 to 17-02-2018. [For V Year].
