Note :

• A Research Supervisor / Guide shall have a minimum of 1 year of left over service for his superannuation as on the date of filling the details to be able to guide the scholars.
• Vacancy under a Research Supervisor / Guide arises only after the present scholar(s) submits the thesis. The candidate admitted under UGC-JRF, UGC-CSIR,DST, sponsored in total would be within eight, six & four scholars respectively for Professor, Associate Professor and Assistant Professor.
• A maximum of 2 scholars will be permitted to each supervisor in a year, subject to availability of slots.
• Extra mural/Industry/Executive quota admissions can be done by the University after approval of the standing council of Academic senate followed by Executive council, subject that the Research Supervisor / Guide do not exceed the limit of 8 scholars for Professors, 6 scholars for Associate Professors and 4 scholars for Assistant Professors.
• Furnish the information about the vacancies by following above points scrupulously in finalizing the vacancies.
• Once notification for APRCET-2023 is given, no more changes in vacancies for any University will be entertained
