Examination Notification is issued to conduct the following examinations
Pharm.D IV Year Regular/Supplementary Examinations (August 2016)
(For 2012 and prior to 2012 admitted batches only)

The students appearing for the above examinations commencing from 01.08.2016 are informed that the applications will be received as per the time schedule given below:

1. Without Late Fee : 25.07.2016
2. With Late Fee of Rs. 100/- : 27.07.2016
3. With Late Fee of Rs.1000/- : 29.07.2016

EXAMINATION FEE :

1. Whole Examination [For Regular Only] : Rs. 950/-
2. Each Theory/Practical Subject [For Supplementary] : Rs. 600/-
3. Memorandum of Marks : Rs. 10/-
4. Cost of Application : Rs. 5/-

Note : Lab Examinations will be conducted from 21-07-2016 to 30-07-2016
