Examination Notification is issued to conduct the following examinations
B.Pharmacy I Year (R13,R09,R07) Supplementary Examinations (Dec 2015/Jan 2016)

Candidates appearing for the above examinations commencing from 28th December 2015 are informed that the applications will be received as per the time schedule given below:

1. Without Late Fee : 11.12.2015
2. With Late Fee of Rs. 100/- : 15.11.2015
3. With Late Fee of Rs. 1000/- : 17.12.2015
4. With Late Fee of Rs. 3000/- : 19.12.2015
5. With Late Fee of Rs. 5000/- : 23.12.2015​

Examination Fee:
1. For one subject (theory / practical) : Rs. 300/-
2. For two subjects (theory / practical / both) : Rs. 400/-
3. For three subjects (theory / practical / both) : Rs. 500/-
4. For four subjects & above (theory / practical / both) : Rs. 600/-
5. For five subjects & above (theory / practical / both) : Rs. 950/-
6. Marks Memorandum : Rs.10/-
7. Cost of Application : Rs. 5/-​

Note : Lab Examinations will be conducted from 18.12.2015 to 26.12.2015
