Is there any age limit to get B.tech

Sir,
I come to know that for every two years once notification is released for old batches like 00,01,02,03, and so on
Is that true sir.I saw in 2013 the Jntu Hyderabad released notification for above batches. If two years once notification is true so that 2015 it might be released, can I expect notification this year (2017).if this information is true let me know sir
 
If JNTUH gets more no.of requests from students then they might issue a notification. Will let you know if any notification is issued. Last time JNTUH conducted exams for old batches in July 2015.
 
If only one person like me requests to release the notification, is the university
Will take my request in concern manner. And it will release the notification sir. Why because my husband bed ridden and iam having two kids.so their total Responsibility's are in my hands I have to take care of them please help me sir to release the notification I beg you please sir
