Is JNTUH exam paper evaluation fair or are the rumors about unfair bad corrections correct?

I am sure everyone has heard at least once during their Btech about how JNTUH has very unfair and bad exam paper corrections and many people are wrongly failed or passed. How true is this in your opinion?

Also, I heard depending on your college code, your papers are evaluated accordingly. Bad college, low marks. Is this true?

No correction wont be done according to college code or college name. After each valuation of papers, the Controller of Examinations & Additional Controller of Examinations picks up a few papers randomly & they themselves evaluate the papers to verify the corrections. As you are aware that 100% accuracy is not possible anywhere. Here or there some mistakes might pop up during the entire process from valuation to results declaration. Hope you might understand it. After results are announced & if you feel that you didn't get enough marks then you can go for RC/RV even.
