Invitation For the 17th Annual Convocation of VTU

Note:
1. Invitees shall occupy their seats by 10.30 am and shall not leave the Auditorium during the Convocation.
2. Please carry this Invitation Card as it is required to be shown at the entrance. The card is not transferable. Admission is restricted to one person only and children are not permitted to accompany the invitees.
3. Photo Identity cards like driving licence, Voter ID Card or any other such identification documents may kindly be carried. 4. Items such as Handbags, Cameras, Umbrellas, Cellular Phone, etc., are strictly prohibited.
5. When the convocation procession enters the Auditorium, all are requested to standup and remain standing till the Chancellor takes his seat.
6. After the Programme, everyone will remain standing till the procession leaves the Auditorium.
7. 17th Annual Convocation of VTU is Scheduled to be held on 9th January 2018 at 11 AM.
