The Directorate of IIIP & T is planning to conduct the pool campus drive with Tech Mahindra. This requirement is for B.Tech & MCA graduates streams passed out in the years 2014, 2015 and 2016 only with an overall aggregate of 60%. [Only for JNTUK Constituent and Affiliated Colleges ]

Eligibility Criterion
1. Candidates failed to pass engg within 4 yrs academic calendar or MCA within 3 yrs of their course duration are not eligible.
2. Should have scored minimum of 60% in SSC/10th, Non-Engg Graduation (e.g. B. Sc/BCA/BCS, etc., in case done), BE/B. Tech and MCA(where applicable).
3. Should have scored minimum of 70% in HSC or equivalent and Diploma (in case done).
4. Gap not to be more than 1 yr between any two course.
5. Loss of an academic year post joining a course for whatsoever reason renders candidate ineligible.
Process of Recruitment
1. Campus Test (Quantitative + Maths + English)
2. Story Writing in English based on random Image
3. Tech Evaluation including Tech Test
4. HR Evaluation with each of the acting as a filter for the next level.
Package
Entry Level Trainee Programmer: CTC of INR 2.6LPA during six months ‘ probation and INR 3.25LPA post successful completion of probation.
Bond
Candidates who are selected should serve the company for a minimum period of two years or pay a sum of INR 1 Lakh should they leave company without completing this mandatory service period.
