I am of two regulations R16 and R18. Can i leave two subjects from R16???

I am of two regulations R16 and R18. So can i leave two subjects from R16??

So you got re-admitted from R16 to R18. If so then academic regulations of R18 will be applicable to you. As of now you can't leave any subjects as per R18 academic regulations.

I mean i dont want to leave any subject from my 2 years of r18 regulation. But can i leave two subjects from my 2 years of r16 regulation? I mean i have two backlogs in 1st year. So can i leave them? As i have already acquired all credits required in 3rd and 4th year according to r18 regulation but in my r16 regulation which was of two years 1st year and second year so can i leave any subjects from 1st and second year? I asked a few teachers they said i can leave 6 credits from my first and second year as they are from r16 regulation but i cant leave from my 3rd and 4th year which is r18 regulation. Can you please clarify it for me if i can leave 6 credits from my 1st and 2nd year??

As per my knowledge [From the Academic Regulations Booklet] students who got readmitted from previous regulations to R18 , come under R18 Regulation & all rules , regulations applicable will be of R18. Please contact students service counters at JNTUH & proceed further if you are eligible for subject exemption. Do reply here if you are able to get the memos hope this will be helpful to other students.
