How to apply for Original Degree certificate?

I'm a 2017 passed out, did not apply for original degree certificate back then. How to do I apply and get it now?

Seems like there is no way for me to apply online. to whom should I courier the relevant documents?

You need to apply through online only for OD. You can't apply through offline

I tried registering here (https://epayments.jntuh.ac.in/convocation/) but it says Invalid Hall ticket number, I don't understand how to apply (online) without registering.
