I got my overall aggregate 68.6% can i apply for grace marks so that i can get 70% distinction

Yes all clear, this is after exemption of 2 subjects can i get 70%

No, If you have % >= 69.50 then only JNTUH will mention as First class with distinction on memos.

Currently i m having 68.6 so i can apply for recorrection and increase my marks by 20 30 and then apply for grace marks

Grace marks are applicable if yet only if you fail in that subject. Class change rule will be applicable only if you have % >= 69.50
