Grace marks

Bro I am r16 regulation , I have 2 subjects backlogs
Ht - 4 credits , IPR - 3 credits. In HT I got 13 in external and in IPR I got 11 in external, Can I apply for grace marks in HT and skip IPR?
According to r16 we can skip two subject(s) upto 6 credits and also add grace upto 10 marks to two subjects(s).
Am I eligible for degree please let me know.

CAN I ADD GRACE IN HT AND SKIP IPR!
 
You are not having sufficient marks in external exams to apply for grace marks. Max 10 grace marks can be added for R16. Try to secure 16 marks in external exams [In HT or IPR] to be eligible for grace marks.
 
One of my friends had 3/4 subjects backlog.
In Two subjects he got 16 and in third he got 12
He applied grace for two and skipped other one/two .
I have two but I didn't get passed , he had 3/4 and he passed. Is this justice?
