JNTUH Exemption of DMM-1 and DOM

Hello sir, I'm yash. I'm from R13 regulation( Mechanical). Can I exempt DMM-1 and DOM subjects from 3-1 as I got zero in both subject internal marks and I have not passed in that subjects. So can you please let me know that can I exempt that two subjects. Both are theory subjects and have 4 credits each.
 
No you cant exempt. If yet any changes are made in academic regulations regarding exemption we will let you know.
