Excemption of FEM

Hello sir,
I'm from R13 batch.i have one backlog in 3-2 sem i.e Finite elements method which has 4 credits.can I leave this subject in Excemption?

If its a elective subject then you can leave it. if not you cant exempt it according to the revised academic regulations. will inform you if yet any changes are made in exemption rule.
