error applying online OD for the 2006 Btech passed out - Please HELP

Hi , I'm trying to apply Original Degree Online through JNTUH website, however during the process, it error out with "Not Matched" and not allowing further. I'm giving right information (PC Number though) but there is no luck. Does anyone face the similar issue and got it resolved, please help!!!!
 
Hii I have one doubt regarding my engineering subjects. I left with 2 subjects of 2nd year with 3 and 7 marks and I have one backlog of 3rd year I didn't attempt that after the supply of 3rd year can I eligible to apply grace marks ha sir
