EDDTS Registration : Waiting for password

Hi VTU Administration Team,

I have registered in the VTU EDDTS portal for the transcript and verified my account using OTP. It's been almost a week I have not received my password yet from the portal. Most of the time, website will be down and wasn;t able to calculate the correct timlines on, when the portal will be up.

Can this be expedited and do the needful.

Appreciate your assistance on the same.
