Telangana State (TS) : I am to inform that the Hon’ble Governor of Telangana State and Chancellor of Telangana State Universities desires to provide an opportunity to the students of State Universities to project their innovative, exciting, novel ideas in the form of articles, stories, poems etc.
The note attached to this letter elucidates the aims of the “Connect-Chancellor” program, suggested areas/topics, and guidelines, etc.
I am directed to request to bring “Connect-Chancellor” program to the notice of the students by disseminating in your college websites, social media tools, and encourage more students to participate in the program and project their talent. Please find the two attachments as mentioned above.

Note :
- First three best papers in each of the language will be awarded ₹15,000/- for the first, ₹10,000/- for second and ₹5,000/- for third best papers.
- They should submit their papers by 10th May, 2020 to the email id: connect-chancellor@telangana.gov.in or through WhatsApp to 8978586666.
- The length of Article should not be more than 3000 words with an abstract of 250 words.
