I am 2003-2007 batch. I didn't clear 2 subjects C&D and Control Systems(6+4= 10 credits) rest of the subjects are cleared. I don't have marks lists to apply for grace marks. Guide me on how to proceed further . I approached JNTUH they said they don't have information for which JNTU university I belong to (KKD, HYD, or Anathapur). I got FORM 6 & 7 signed by the college principal. I am really confused about what should I do. Can I apply for transcripts for four years from JNTUH so I can have understood for which subject I can request for grace marks? Please help me with the same.

I applied for Transcripts and Tatkal PC-CMM and paid the amount but it was confirmed that Medium certificate and Migration certificate. Medium certificate = In which language you had studied your course of study i.e., B.Tech
Migration certificate = Migration Certificate is a document issued by the concerned University in which one studies. It helps in getting admission to another institution or any education board and it is issued at the completion of the course along with other necessary documents.
