yes. once you apply for exemption JNTUH will issue memos for you. Result for exam will be nullified [wont be displayed even after results are declared].
You can apply for exemption or grace marks at any point of time. even during exam registration, before writing exam/after writing exam/before results are announced/after results are announced. @Imran khan001
