APJAKTU Degree Certificates are sent to the postal address specified in the request of student uploaded in the KTU portal. Many Degree certificates send to the address specified in the request are returned by the postal department stating that “addressee not found”. For sending Degree Certificate to new address, the university may incur the additional expenditure such as cost of stationery, postage charges, service charges etc.
As per item no. S-021-019-O.A-4 of the Syndicate meeting held on 12/04/2021 vide paper read (2) above resolved to impose a fee of Rs.100/- for re-sending Degree Certificate to new address.
Students shall remit the fee to
