APJAKATU Vide reference cited above, Government issued orders prohibiting levying fees for unattended period of academic activities on drop out students by self financing engineering colleges .
Accordingly it is directed to if a student chooses to discontinue the course in which he/she is enrolled following drop out of College, no Self Financing Engineering College concerned shall levy the fees on students for his/her unattended period of academic activities.
The Principals of all self financing institutions shall ensure strict compliance of the above directives. Copy of the Government order is also attached herewith.
