Instructions To The Candidates :
1. This hall ticket is generated purely based on the information submitted by the application form.
2. The candidate shall carry into the examination hall (i) Black / Blue Ball Point Pen (ii) Hall Ticket (iii) Any one of the valid Original Photo Identification Cards (Aadhaar Card/PAN Card/Passport/Voter ID and Driving License).
3. Candidates will not be permitted into the Examination Hall after Gate Closure Time (i.e., 08:30 AM for Forenoon Session) and will not be allowed to leave the Examination Hall till the END of the Examination (i.e., 12:00 NOON for Forenoon session).
4. The check-in procedure inside the test hall includes capturing the image and left thumb impression. This is a security feature which will allow AP SET to crosscheck the identity and also to prevent impersonation cases. Therefore, they are advised not to apply any external matter like mehndi, ink etc., on their hands.
5. If any candidate receives the Hall Ticket without photo / blurred photo / too small photo / photo without signature, such candidates should bring 3 Passport size photos duly self-attested and hand over the same to the Invigilator in the examination hall, failing which the candidate will not be admitted to the examination.
6. Prohibited items, such as watches, books, paper chits, magazines electronic gadgets (mobile phones, bluetooth devices, headphones, pen/buttonhole cameras, scanner, calculator, storage devices etc) are STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED in the examination lab. If any such item is found in the possession of a candidate in the examination lab, his/her candidature is liable to be cancelled and criminal proceedings shall be initiated against him/her as per Public Examination Act 25 of 1997.
7. Paper for rough work would be provided in the examination room, electronic watch (timer) will be available on the computer screen allotted to candidates. For all matters of content clarification, the English version will be final.
8. No candidate is allowed to leave the examination centre before completion of the examination for any reason, once the candidate leaves the lab without the permission of the exam functionaries, he/she shall not be allowed to re-enter the examination centre and shall be debarred from the examination.
9. If any candidate is found obstructing the conduct of the examination or creating disturbances or tampering cable/computer peripherals at the examination venue, his/her candidature shall be summarily cancelled. Such candidates will be asked to leave the hall and shall be liable for criminal proceedings against him/her under the Public Examinations (Prevention of the Malpractices and unfair means) Act, 25 of 1997.
10. PwD candidates will be provided with a scribe who selected the scribe option during the online application submission and need to carry the required supporting SADAREM Certificate to the examination hall for verification. PwD candidates who did not opt for a scribe will not be provided scribe support during the examination.
11. Candidates should follow the instructions announced by the invigilator carefully. After login, go through the instructions displayed on the screen carefully for answering the online examinations. No clarifications or doubts related to the questions of the examination paper will be entertained during the examination.
12. In case you detect any hardware or software problem during the examination with the computer provided, please raise your hand and talk to the Invigilator. The problem will be rectified. The time lost in rectification of any software / hardware / any other technical problem will be compensated automatically by the system.
13. This hall ticket shall be preserved till declaration of results.
14. The objections on the preliminary key will be received through online mode only within the stipulated period. The objections received other than ONLINE MODE will not be ENTERTAINED under any circumstances. All disputes pertaining to the conduct of AP SET 2025, examinations including results shall fall within the jurisdiction of Visakhapatnam only. Further, any legal question arising out of the Examination shall be entertained only when raised within 30 days from the declaration of result as per UGC guidelines.
15. Note: Verify all fields before submission of the information. Once submitted cannot be modified afterwards.
16. The candidate has to pay online a fee of Rs. 200/- per Question to raise the objection on any Question /Preliminary Key. If the objection raised on
a Question / Preliminary Key is valid, then the amount will be refunded.
