Anna University : The Final year UG and PG students of the Engineering College Hostels are hereby instructed to make necessary arrangements to vacate the Hostel on or before 13.10.2021. Students are requested to get in touch with their respective Resident Counsellors via E-mail / mobile (mark a copy of e-mail to echchennai@yahoo.in ) and vacate the hostel in the presence of the Resident Counsellor with proper permission from the authorities concerned. The Resident Counsellors are requested to collect and handover the hostel ID card of students and record the required details in the register (Vacating of Hostels) which is available in the Hostel Blocks.
It is hereby informed to vacate the hostel room on or before 13.10.21 in order to facilitate the next batch of students.
