Hi Razy,
1 week of sending the email , just go back to AU transcripts page and try loging again . You'll get an option now to create a password and update your contact details.
It worked for me

I got it working today. Had to call Anna University and had the account activated.

I provided WES address in the delivery address while applying, and my documents reached WES successfully. WES is in the process of validating and verifying. Hopefully Univ sealed it properly as expected.

Any update on this? Did the univ sent a sealed envelope to WES? Did WES accept your docs?
