About grace marks

I am from r16

I have 2 backlogs

I want to apply for grace marks for mechanics and leave psa for credit exception

Mechanics secenario
Internal (11) external ((20)
If I add 10 grace marks to external =41

Will I pass mechanics

And another thing is I have registered psa for the supply exam can I cancel it and apply for credit exception
