About form -7

I got failed in 2 subjects ie. M1 and M4, so I went to college for fee payment and I paid fee for M4, after that I got eligibility list for grace and undertaking(ie. Form -7) from my college whatsapp group and I was listed in that so again I went to college for submitting the form 7. So I want to know that can I eligible for CMM and PC or as I have to write the exam for M4. I Haven't asked in college exam branch about this can anyone help me with this
Or
Can I cancel the fee for M4 for my CMM and PC.
 
At first I paid fee for M4 and after 1 day I got listed in eligibility for grace & undertaking. I also applied for grace marks. I only want to know whether I can cancel the fee for M4.

I haven't informed this to our college exam branch.

I have done both things, I paid the fee and applied for grace. I only want to know is there any problem for me.. please help me out of this.
