JNTUH About exception rule

I got back in 4-2 with 19 marks.can i apply for exception or grace marks and when

Mention your branch, subject name, internal & external marks clearly.

subject:-ad hoc & sensor network
int marks-20
ext marks:-19

If you dont have any more backlogs other than "ad hoc & sensor network" then you can apply for grace marks .
